Now we understand exactly what type of Marbella property you are looking for, the real fun and hard work begins. We search both on-market and off-market properties directly or through our trusted networks of local agents with whom we sustain strong relationships.
We will preview the properties on your behalf, and compile a shortlist of appropriate properties matching your needs and requirements. If you are overseas we will send videos and pictures to constantly keep you informed.

Viewing
Once a date and time are confirmed, we will create a viewing schedule, showing you the most appropriate properties in Marbella based on your requirements discussed in the brief. If you are an overseas client, we will happily arrange a video viewing which can also be done live. Once you have reached a decision, we will ensure everything is prepared for you to place an offer and we can begin negotiating the best deal on your behalf.

Progression

Our Professional Fees
At Marbella Property Buyers Agent, we are very transparent about our fees from the outset, ensuring no hidden surprises further down the line.
Time is money. Paying someone to find your perfect Marbella Property or investment might initially seem counterproductive, but knowing you’ve invested well, paid the best price, & not wasted valuable time searching, negotiating & progressing a sale, outweighs any initial cost.
The savings we achieve for you through our local market knowledge & experienced negotiating are much higher than our fees, sometimes many multiples less, making it a Win/Win.
Engagement fee*: €3,000 but deductible from success fee.
Payable: In advance
Length of search: 3 months from receipt of engagement fee.
Success fee: Based upon % of agreed purchase price as shown in table below & payable on exchange of contracts.
